I don't like Magnum XL-200. It hurts like hell. Same with Gemini.
I <3 Millenium Force. It's built to look intimidating and be fast. Get over it.
Griffon = Sex; El Toro = Sex; Millenium Force = Sex. Period.
The hype machines are built for the GP. Not for us. Get the hell over it. The GP doesn't know what's outside of CP or GAdv. Shut up.

^Actually, I doubt there is a single coaster in the world made for us "coaster enthusiasts". For some reason it's common belief that the coaster companies are out to cater to us, and provide us with awesome coasters. It's all for making money. They don't care if we like the clones or not. It brings people to the parks... And no Shapiro isn't a jerk, he's doing buisiness. You all would do the same thing if you knew how to run a busininess...

Kingda ka AT SFGradv sucked, way too rough and the launch was nothing to what I was expecting.
El toro was absolutly insane, now my number one coaster along with Alpengeist at BGE.
Apollos chariot is better than Nitro.
Hypersonic XLC is the best launch coaster, it has the most intense launch.
I like the B&M flyers alot better than the vekoma flyers

El Toro is awesome and everything, my number one wooden coaster and the most airtime I have ever felt on any coaster, but I was a little disappointed after the first time I rode it. It's great, but not as great as people make it out to be.
Nitro is so amazing and is one of the best coasters ever made. The crew is awesome also. They dispatched a train when the one in front of it crested the top of the lift hill.
Kingda Ka is rougher than Dragster, but not as rough as people make it out to be and still a great ride.
Medusa at GADV is a very underrated coaster. It's the smoothest floorless coaster I have been on.
Rolling Thunder sucks, not only is the crew terrible (I waited 40 minutes when the line was at the top of the stairs, with no break-downs), but the ride is rough as hell and un-bearable. I'm glad I got both credits so I never have to ride again.
Superman: Ultimate Flight at GADV is very underrated, I think I enjoyed that more than I did Tatsu.
Hydra at Dorney isn't as bad as people make it out to be. It's one of the rougher B&Ms because it goes so slow, but it's not bad, and the jojo roll is awesome.
Steel Force at Dorney is very underrated and a great hyper coaster.

I <3 Millenium Force. It's built to look intimidating and be fast. Get over it. The hype machines are built for the GP. Not for us. Get the hell over it. The GP doesn't know what's outside of CP or GAdv. Shut up. Semi trucks can look intimidating and go fast, that doesn't make them awesome. And who said that they are built for us? This thread is for the opinions of us, coaster enthusiasts. Therefore, everything in this thread is going to be said in a manner that reflects the opinion of a coaster enthusiast, not the general public. Get over yourself and quit trying to beat people down.
Tony Hawk's Big Spin is a very fun ride. It has some strong forces for its size and can be really surprising. Great ride when you don't have to wait too long.

I don't really care about forces. I just like that "AHHH!! I'M GONNA DIE!!!!!!" feeling. Or in some cases "WEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!"
Also..Justin, Semi-Trucks are awesome. I don't know what you're talking about.

FeeltheForce: Just curious, but when did you ride El Toro? I rode it in the morning on my second visit there and thought something happened to it, but when I rode it later in the day it was warmed up and running great.
^^Don't even start.

I went to GADV three times between June 5 and June 12. Friday, Monday, and Wednesday. I rode it a total of four times. Once in the front seat, once in the back seat, and twice roughly in the middle. It "broke down" a good amount of times from what I remember. It was a common site to see an empty train sent, or 10 to 15 minutes elapse between a dispatch every now and then. It was never anything serious; they always got it up and running great again in no time. I just wish I was able to ride it before they slowed down the lift at the top.

I don't remember it being much different before they slowed the lift...the difference isn't too dramatic. Much less dramatic than the difference between the morning and afternoon. I rode backseat first thing (KK = broke-ed) and backseat later on, and the afternoon ride was MUCH faster and MUCH better. And I spent MUCH more time out of my seat.

Wicked Twister is probably the best ride ever, same with every other Intamin Impulse Coaster.
I am an Intamin fanboy.
I'm a huge fan of the Hydraulic launch coaster, every park should have one, and I was really disappointed this year when there wasn't one built...

17 seconds of TTD is better than 2 and a half minutes on most B&M speed machines.
