I just thought I would revive this topic now that track practice has started up.
So far this week (since Monday) I have run about 19 miles. Today alone I ran 8 miles. I am a little sore, but it feels good and it will definitely get me back in summer shape!

^ lol...yep...my friend and I went on a 10 miler today...or at least it was close to 10. We ran for 1:04.37 at a good brisk pace.
