Heat Index of 114
We got to the BGE at 9:45 and parked in the Italy section of the parking lot and took a tram to the entrance. The first thing I did was ran strait to Griffon. Griffon was down, and they diden't know when it would reopen they told me, so me and my cousin went to Alpengeist.
If you ask me, Alpengeist is the best coaster in the park, and I was on the first train of the day. I think I love inverts Very Happy
Since I was in Germany, we decided to go on Big Bad Wolf. This is how a suspended should be built, nothing like Dragin Iron, but the need to turn the trim off on the big drop. It was a walkon.
Next was Kapult. I just love a scrambler, expescily when I get it to myself.
Then was DarKastle. My new fav. darkride. I loved effects. "and the AC on a 100+degree day lol"
Our family then went to Italy and rode Cradle, Flying Machine, and Battering Ram. All walkon.
Then I went on Apollo's Chariot. Waited about 40 min for a front seat. I loved it.
It was then time to leave the park....for 15 min to go out to the car and eat lunch....Sheetz MTO...Like you haven't done it before. Twisted Evil
Re entered and got a frozen lemonade.
Our whole family then went to the Emerald Beat show.
Next I went back to France, and Griffon was testing. I was on the first train again. Middle row, end seat. I loved it. Maybe we can have a dive coaster behind the Racer and Jack Rabbit at Kennywood
The next ride I rode was Nessie. Twice Walkons both times.
After Nessie I went to Escape from Pompeii. Walkon. I though the water tasted like salt water though. really really hot flames. It made me miss the plunge on a 100+ degree day.
I went back to Alpengeist and another walkon for back row. I had a slight looseness in my restrant, but during the ride I tightened itself
The last ride was my third ride on Nessie, front row, Walkon.
We left the park at 8:00 and went to dinner at Wendy's
