Day 1
I left my high school at about 2:35 after getting books and crap. I got in the car and drove aaaaaaaaall the way down to Sandusky. I must say, that new I-285 bridge in Toledo is pretty snazzy.
After about 2 hours of driving I was off the turnpike. 15 minutes later, I was on the causeway. Went into the season pass center and (FINALLY) got my CP season pass for this year. So, first up with no wait was Wicked Twister, back row. Since I hadn't been on it in over a year, I forgot how good back row was. Woo!
Next up was maXair. Loving the long cycle, I just wish it would spin a little less. I had to sit for a few minutes after. So next I thought a classic ride on Blue Streak would be in order. So I did that.
Next up it was FINALLY my time to get on Mavvie. Or so I thought. But the line was absolutely HUGE, so I went on Mean Streak instead. Ugh. But by the time I had gotten back to Maverick the line was shorter.
Maverick is, by far, the best coaster I have ever been on. The launch lift is pretty good, the 95* drop was great, the first two turns were intense but good. After that the airtime hill was complete sex. [/Snoo] The "Twisted Horseshoe Roll" was all right. After that the launch was great. Our train had hardly even slowed down before we hit it. The next turn was VERY intense but good. The turn over the lake was also intense, but good. The S-Bend has a bit of a pop. After being on this spot, I am GLAD that they took the heartline out. I would have died. After that the two Stengel Dives were amazing, and the last airtime hill was great. Maverick gets a full 10/10 from me.
After Maverick, as long as I was in that area, I rode Skyhawk. Great, but MAKE IT LONGER! My Gawd. So then it was time for one last ride before closing. I chose Millennium Force.
An interesting thing happened in the line. There were 4 people in front of me, two dads and two sons. They both knew A LOT about coasters. I thought, what are the odds of having three groups in a row knowing this much? Not high. When we were on the ramp the dad from Brooklyn forgot what Steel Dragon 2000 was called, so I helped him.
I hadn't been on Millennium Force in over two years, so I had kind of forgotten what it was like. It was still great. I grayed out on the first overbank, don't remember doing that before. To all the people that say that Force doesn't have airtime, I disagree. It has airtime, just not as much as it should have. And a note...don't ride in the front of the train at night. I was plastered in bugs. Ugh.
After Force it was time to go back to the car, drive around the edge, and check in at Breakers. So I did.
I wanted to make sure I was back in the hotel room by 10:00 P.M. for the finale of "The Bronx is Burning" on ESPN. I went down to Friday's. 1 1/2 wait. No thanks. But over at the Mama Chetta's place there was no wait and all you can eat pizza! w00t. Breadsticks were great too.
So afterwards, I went up to my room and watched the finale. Go Yankees! After, I read a little of this Universal brochure or something that I had gotten at home. After watching some SportsCenter, I went to bed.

Day 2
Day 2 dawned bright and early, 8 A.M. After a quick shower and some breakfast, I went to the Magnum entrance and got in. After waiting about 15 minutes at the gates, the park opened and I ran to Maverick. Still great. In fact, it was so great I did it again. Okay, enough Maverick for now.
I was feeling a vibe for MF again, and since I wasn't that far away, I thought it would be a good idea to head over. When I got in line, I didn't see any trains go by for a while. Then I saw an empty one go by. Then, I saw one full of people go by. Good sign. So the line started moving again. When I was on the ramp, another empty one went by. But that was the last one. I got a second row ride, and my yellow train credit.
By now it was around 11:15, so I started heading towards the front of the park. Raptor was testing at the moment, so I got in line. It opened soon after. Good, but the cobra roll was a lot rougher than I remember.
Then it was time for some lunch at Game Day Grille while watching preseason NFL games. Mmmmm...toasty. Oh wait, that's Quizno's.
After lunch, I got a ride on Blue Streak because no one was there. Then I got another ride on Raptor because the line was short. After Raptor, I headed over to Wicked Twister, which had a short wait. I snagged a front row ride on it.
After Wicked Twister my dad had to make a phone call, so I sat and got some pics and video. When he was done, we headed over to Magnum and walked right past the entrance like everyone does. Ejector row ride. VERY painful airtime. My legs hurt after.
After Magnum, my legs were wobbly, so I sat for a minute, and then went on Gemini. Good.
Then I went and got in line for Mavvie again, being the sex that it is. But when I got to that spot right next to where the train was, I saw two guys up on the first brake run catwalk, looking over the railing with cans in their hands. I later found out that they were spraying a bee's nest.
So I went over to Mean Streak again, as it was the only thing close. Ugh (again.) But then Mavvie was running again, so I went and rode it. w00tage.
I went back towards Millennium Force. But first, I needed some Gatorade or something to give me some energy. Luckily there was a little stand selling Gatorade next to the entrance.
About 45 minutes later, I was sitting in the right seat of the front row of the blue train. I was pumped for my first ever MF front row ride. It was fun, but I got more bugs on me.
After MF it was time for one last ride on Magnum in the front row. Then it was time to leave.
