They've got part of the park completely blocked off. I believe the major rides in the area are the Mile High Falls and Twisted Twins. I've heard they might be pulling a Geauga Lake. I highly doubt this though because if I remember correctly Shapiro has some sort of connection to the park. I'd hate to see any of it go. Thoughts?

Apparently it's for cost cutting reasons.

Seems to be going the routh of Old Country at SFGAdv. Now the park is closing down an area due to budget cuts, in a few years they'll demo it and put in something new (a big coaster for GAdv, a Wiggles World for KK. That's my guess).

I wouldnt expect a big coaster, since the airport is right across the street.

^Right across the street from GAdv? They've built way too high already if that's the case...

No, the airport is right across from SFKK, not GAdv.

^I said they'd put a big coaster into GAdv, you said there was an airport right across the street. See where this is going?

I got confused thinking that when FeelTheForce said its for cost cutting problems, and you said "Seems to be going the routh of Old Country at SFGAdv. Now the park is closing down an area due to budget cuts, in a few years they'll demo it and put in something new (a big coaster for GAdv, a Wiggles World for KK. That's my guess)." You ment that SFKK was going to do what SFGA did, and that SFKK was going to build a new coaster, there for i posted about the height restrictions.

I think they are pulling a GL because of the Superman incident. That definitly shook up the attendence level and it defenitly isn't a money making park. Inless Mark Shaprio has some trick up his sleave, I believe it is on it's way out.

I have heard that Six Flags is thinking about selling the park, which if you ask me... would be a good move.
