^^Yeah, you say that there isn't supposed to be much pain, when there really isn't supposed to be any discomfort at all.
It's just like Schwartzkoph coasters, they have super-intense g-forces, just tense your leg muscles to your blood will flow out of your legs as well as in.
But other than the standup coasters, B&M has awesome restraints, super comfy. I actually hope for a power failure while I'm on Nitro. While it's never happened, it's fun. I thought they could do better with them. But wasn't B&M's first sold coaster a standup? Yeah, I think it actually was Iron Wolf, correct me if I'm wrong.
Yeah, B&M's don't get rough as compared to "shakey". I went on Hydra on Tuesday, and it shook me to pieces, but I can't call it rough because it shook a bit on the lift, and as much as we deny it, lift hills aren't supposed to be rough, even if it's Vekoma or Arrow.
LOL, I left myself so vulerable in that post, I could be attacked to tears...

Actually, I'm going to have to disagree with you. It's a little off topic, but actually don't like most B&M restraints. I have never been on a B&M hyper, but for all the other B&Ms I have been on, I have found that they get in the way so much, and that they are big and bulky. I like more restraints more like Arrow's, where they are really thin, and kind of sit on your shoulders.

^ Hyper restraints are awesome, easily one of the best restraints out there.
this gives me an idea for a new thread!

^^Yeah, sorry, I meant to specify the hyper coaster restraints of B&M. Their OTSR restraints are a bit thicker than I would like them to be, but I don't really have a problem with them either.

I kinda like B&M's standup restraints. Except for that little crotch thingy. At least their last standup was one of the best out there. The Georgia Scorcher. My first looper so I'll always love it.

Yeah, I'm sure if a park really wanted one, and had the money, they'd make one.

I actually enjoyed the restriants on Riddlers Revenge, they were long yes, but they were comfortable. I really don't see where you guy think there is pain in a stand-up, All you need to to do is squat a bit so you can stand-up confortably, but aren't sitting down.

They dont let you crouch on Mantis. I got lucky once and got to crouch, but if your on the outside, good luck. One time I was on the outside and I was crouching a little and the lady was like "You cant crouch" and she grabbed the restraint and lifted it up, that was one of the worst rides of my life. My legs went numb and... well you can figure the rest.
