I was thinking - what if you had the choice of where to have an E-Stop? Where would you want it to be? The loop, cobra-roll, lift, brake run, what?
For me, I would want to be at the very top of the lift hill. You get a great view and you (usually) get to walk down. I'm scared of being high up and not being restrained, so walking down a 200 foot lift hill would push me to the edge!
Yours?

How would that happen? Well if they had brakes on the drop it'd be possible but I don't know any coasters with breaks on their drops.

but I don't know any coasters with breaks on their drops. Just for reference, Mantis, Texas Giant, Timber Wolf, Mean Streak, Kingda Ka and many more coasters have brakes on their main drops. Also, I believe John is saying if you could get stuck anywhere (it doesnt necessarily have to be possible to get stuck there) on a coaster, where would it be.

The one time TTD got perfectly balanced at the top, I wish I was on there, that view would just be amazing. Who would whip out their camera? I know I would!!!!

Who would whip out their camera? I know I would!!!! If only they allowed cameras on the ride.... the view from the top is AMAZING, but you have to get rid of anything that could possibly be dangersous, and I mean anything and EVERYTHING.

Or because anything traveling at speeds of 120mph turns into a bullet, even some loose change could injure someone watching the launch. I doubt something being dropped (from the top of the tower) would hurt anyone, theres no way to get near the bottom of the tower (unless the person threw it I guess). But yea, overall the danger is in the launch and someone dropping something at that point.

^Plus, if something drops from your pocket during the launch (i.e. Cell Phone), it can get caught in the track of the chain dog and screw up the whole ride (for 2 1/2 months).
Kinda like some other rides (Kingda Ka)!
