I meant to ask, what to you mean by madness for CF in 2008?

^Aha. I think that all of this removal of rides and such is just preparation for 2008. I know CF has good intentions for all of this and I believe we will see what they are in 2008. Picture new rides for GL, DP, MiA, PKD, PKI, and more. I'm not saying that these will all be big coasters, but it will be the right thing to do by the company, and it is all only going to make the chain even stronger than SFI.

Oh, yeah, that makes sense. 2008 is looking up to be a better year than 2007.

Taking an element out and putting a new one in seems like an extremely difficult thing to do. The track has got to be perfect. I hear they're getting GCI to do the retracking so the smoothness shouldn't be a problem.

Why don't they just leave the loop and have GCI re-track the rest of the coaster? That would make it smoother any way.

^Yeah, that would cost so much, I don't think this will make SoB anybetter. I see this turning out in the worst. But who knows, maybe it will turn out good. This was just a retarded move in my opinion.

You make a very good point.

The also can't do that because the loop is about 10 feet TALLER than the MCBR before it. Bcause of this, there are kicker wheels on the MCBR that give the trains enough momentum to make the loop. With the lighter trains, they don't have enough momentum to make the loop even with the added speed of the kicker wheels.
The lighter trains should hopefully make the ride more enjoyable. I'm actually for this idea.
That is just what I've heard but I'm sure the ride will get better because after all, it's just a loop.

I think it was a concept that (a) should've been thought out alot longer, or (b) not been attempted at all. Did someone not say in the design process, "whoa, this doesn't look right, let's back up."?
