Hey guys,
We know many people have taken POVs and sneak cameras onto rides but good ol' jack57 here is reminding you to don;t sneak them on- just ask for permission before going to the parks. Call the parks or e-mail them. If they say no, you can still take off-ride videos along with pictures. I have never taken a POV, but again, I'm here to remind you. So many people have snooken cameras on rides and have had them destroyed and had people struck my cameras and cell phones.
But, before using these tips I know of, ask permission and get an acception of the POV(s):
-Use duct tape- tape the top of the camera to the top of your hand to the bottom of the camera. If you think it's gonna slip out, it won't. It's very safe.
-Don't hold it in front of your face. Keep it in front of you at your chest area, but have your arm stick out a little- but not full arm length. If you are in the front row, try not to cane the car showing in the film. I know that from watching POVs.
-Again, don't sneak cameras on rides. They have caused injuries and ejections from parks.
If you have a question about certain parks with their policies on POVs, post a question and rather I, or someone else will answer it- probably answer it. Or if you're to lazy to open a seperate tab or internet on your computer and want to know a park's e-mail or phone number, ask.
Most parks' e-mails are: info@whateverpark.com
Thanks, and remember- DON'T SNEEK THEM ON OR POST ABOUT SNEEKING THEM ON. BELIEVE-IT-OR-NOT, PEOPLE WHO WORK AT PARKS VIEW AND EVEN POST ON MESSAGE BOARDS.
