This is odd, as you might know, I'm a swimmer, swim swim swim 2 hours a day. But in the past few months I've became in love with running. I'm not good enough for track or cross country, but I'm running 1-2 miles a day.
Okay, this was my random thread of the day....
Anyone else like running?

I used to like running when I was little. Gosh, I haven't exercised in a looooonnng time! PE was the only time, and now I'm done with it for life!
If only I could go dirtbiking more...

^Oh yeah! I can tell ya right now, it definately works out the right-hand thumb! And, according to my dad, 4-wheeling also works your whole body because you are tightening your muscles to stay on!
I've never dirtbiked though. I'm assuming that you definately feel the bumps more on a dirtbike than you do an ATV!

The whoops (The long rolling bumps) really work you out, because you have to stand up in order to stay on the bike, so every time you hit the bottom of one, it is hard on your leg mussels.
