^And you could tell what goal they were aiming for. If it's based on true events, they're trying to be realistic. If it's about some chemical (I Am Legend, The Happening) it's not going to be. Period.

Zack, (again) there is a difference between being fiction, and something that is rediculous. Iron Man is obviously unrealistic in so many ways. However, I thought it was an alright movie. A movie where a chemical can *instantly* make someone commit suicide is rediculous...Not only that but how did the three MAIN characters somehow run away from the chemical...IT'S IN THE AIR!!!! You just can't escape it. It's just not good planning. They should have thought of some other way to do things...
The movie was boring, the characters didn't change at all by the end of the movie, completely far-fetched, and just an overall crappy movie...And I'll bet you haven't even seen it, so I don't know why you are trying to prove me wrong.

He's not proving you wrong about just The Happening. He (and Justin and I) is trying to make a point about movies in general. But you're right. You're aaalways right.

I am right, that's correct. What point are you trying to make exactly?? you guys have been so unclear to everything, because everything you've said, I came back with something that you couldn't fight. So now the topic has changed several times.
How movies can do what they want to do, how previews are meant to show you what the movie is about, what goals the movies have, and what they are striving for.
I'm curious to what you will change it to now...hmmm
And again...Have you seen the movie?? Because so far you can't say crap about my review unless you've seen it. go watch it, and tell me it wasn't farfetched, then you can try to prove me wrong...But I have a feeling you will all agree with me after seeing the movie.

^It's not just this movie, it's every movie you write a review about. It's always "Wow that movie was stupid." If you don't like things that are unreal then stop going to all these movies....You've said negative things about Transformers, and Cloverfield in the past. It's obviously just you because for one Transformers got movie of the year and Cloverfield got nothing but great reviews and people anticipating a sequel.

^How about you go back and read what I posted earlier. I clearly said Signs wasn't realistic, though I loved it. Iron Man wasn't at ALL realistic, but I liked that movie as well.
I'm starting to think you get offended if I don't like the same things as you...Happened already with me not liking your mainstream music.

I've read all your posts.....and ok I get it you like some movies that are unrealistic but it's just the fact that you go to movies like these expecting to realistic things....Of course the chemical could never happen in real life because it's a MOVIE.
And I love how you think I listen to mainstream when you don't even know what I listen to...I could care less if you like what I like...it's just how you judge things that pisses me and everyone here off.

O RLY? Blink182...Super hardcore, incredibly mainstream...You have an AVA banner...Hmmm, I wonder what music you listen to.
And I went to Iron Man, expecting to see something indredibly unrealistic...and yet I was able to accept that it was unrealistic, and I liked the movie. There is a difference between something being unrealistic, and something being absurd.
But just see the movie, and you will agree with me.

Lmao, your so unopen in music it's incredible. Blink 182 was the most successful punk rock band of all time....and just cause everyone has heard of them, they're mainstream....In that case, my dad and mom know who Dave Matthews Band is, so I guess that makes them mainstream too?

It's ok to like mainstream music, just don't tell me it's not mainstream. DMB's early stuff isn't mainstream. I don't like DMB's newer mainstream songs...(American Baby) Zack...I picture you shopping at places like Hot Topic, and thinking it's hella original and badass, when in reality, it's owned by GAP. You listen to what MTV tells you to listen to, basically.

I have never stepped foot in Hot Topic and never will. And you've heard what...one song from Blink 182? I'm pretty sure anyone who knows about Blink 182 can tell you they're not mainstream. So please, when you know what you're talking about and know what mainstream is, come back and then argue...just like how everyone proved you wrong on your movie argument and you still wouldn't accept the fact that you were wrong.....so I'm done fighting with you. And if it makes you happy you win...just remember.

Except I still haven't been proven wrong.
And the people who know a lot about Blink182 are mainstream, but they don't know it...just like you. You are mainstream, but you think you're not. It's what they want you to believe so you keep paying money for overpriced clothes and such. MTV makes you think you are all indivudual, rebelious badasses just like everyone else is. If your mom bought you a bunch of plain colored shirts, would you wear them? Of course not, cause the people on MTV wouldn't.
That's a really crappy edit by the way. EDIT: Much better.
EDIT: This is why we edit posts. For the record, you've officially changed the topic to something much further from the original one than we ever did.

^Yaaaaaaay!! You're a winner! And yet you're retarded. Sucks for you.
He edited it because I said that the original picture was better, so he changed it. How's that a crappy edit? Editing something to say "Much better" (without punctuation - c'mon, you're a mod) is a hell of a lot crappier than his.
When are you leaving again?

Haha, he thinks I'm mainstream and I buy overpriced clothes and watch MTV! WOOOOOOOOOO. 1. I'm not mainstream, and you really don't know what mainstream is... 2. I get my clothes at Kohls, and most of the time my mom brings me home clothes. 3. I don't watch MTV...in fact I hate the songs they play on there. I only watched it for Rob & Big. And yeah when do you leave? You'd think a HS graduate would have OK punctuation.

I was talking about the picture edit... I thought mods were for keeping trolls Out of the forums. I didn't know I had to check for bad grammar..I thought it would be common sense that if someone is purposely making their posts annoying with bad grammar, to ask them to obey the rules.
Hey, who here got mad that I capitalized the word "Out" in the writing above this? See? No one cares, Tyler.
