This huge maple tree has been a part of our family for 16 years. My Mom got it for my dad for their anniversary or something. I've climbed up through that tree so many times it's not even funny. (I'm a tree climber, no not the kind with girls, though, I've climbed a couple trees that I'll never go up again! ) We also had a drop ride that took you up to the top and dropped you 20 feet. But.... It had a disease and it was dying. So we had to cut it down... More deconstruction Thanks to the photographic skills of my brother, I bring you a shot of my legs. Haha All gone...

Ahhh man, that's sad. It looked like a pretty cool tree! How did that drop ride work?!

It was a swing, and each chain had it's own pulley, then you pulled the other person up, and then you could run with it or drop it, either way.

^I used to do stuff like that with our swing on my old swing set when I was a kid. Lol, it was so fun, we would do all these cool things and give eatchother rides when we found out we could unhook the swing! Ahhhh, memories. It was fun untill my brother let go of it on accident when I was on it!

That tree would be so fun to have when you play airsoft or paintball. If you could get up there, that is. It's bad that you had to take it down. Especially since it was an anniversary gift.
