From accuweather.com The storm Friday will be a major storm for the entire state, and watches and warnings are already in effect for many areas, including blizzard warnings for much of the Sierra and the mountains of Northern California. Upwards of several feet of snow will fall in the Sierra. The storm will also be accompanied by very strong winds -- not only in the mountains where winds could gust to over 80 mph, but winds will also be strong in the lower elevations of Northern and Central California. The strong winds will begin to develop on Thursday, further increasing from Thursday night into Friday. Winds could gust to over 60 mph even in the San Francisco Bay area and the Sacramento Valley; it will also be very windy along the Central Coast and in the San Joaquin Valley.
There is a pretty good storm coming in my area, so I thought I would document it with pictures! PART 1: It's starting to get windy, and it's raining. (Long shutter speed to show movement) That's it for now, stay tuned, it's getting stronger!

Hhaha, that would be awesome, but most likely not. My elevation is 15 ft above sea level. You would need an extremely cold storm system to give me snow.

Someone from TPR is reporting that about 500,000+ in the San Francisco Bay Area are without power.
I'm guessing Brandon is without power.
Sounds like it's getting pretty serious.
